A law went into effect Wednesday making it illegal for gas station attendants to top off a car's gas tank. DEQ sponsored the legislation in an effort to reduce benzene and safeguard the health of residents.

This is a bogas law to create revenue and more unneaded state jobs. We as business people already have to deal with way to many regulations in oregon. minimum wage is so high that I can't give the people that desive it a raise. It is time to just say no to the state of oregon. report abuse

I thought topping it off meant it was full and your adding extra. report abuse

Clear One Health Plans, Inc. (OTCBB: CCHN) and PacificSource Health Plans announced today they have signed a definitive merger agreement under which PacificSource will acquire Clear One.
