7 servings of fruits, veggies reduces death risk

Forbes: Overwhelming evidence shows that consuming seven servings of fruits and vegetables per day considerably decreases one's death risk.

“We all know that eating fruit and vegetables is healthy, but the size of the effect is staggering,” said study author Oyinlola Oyebode of her team’s findings. Oyebode is a researcher in the Epidemiology and Public Health at University College London.
