Dunkin' Donuts to introduce gluten-free pastries

Chicago Tribune: Dunkin' Donuts is launching gluten-free options nationwide, beating rivals Starbucks and McDonald's to the punch.

Dunkin’ said the introduction is part of an effort to broaden its scope of "better-for-you" food options. But the chain is still paying attention to more indulgent treats that many customers enjoy. Earlier this month, it launched a new breakfast sandwich featuring a fried egg and bacon on a split glazed doughnut.
