Last week, the Obama administration took an important and welcomed step in the effort to protect the health and well-being of all Oregonians by limiting carbon pollution from existing power plants.
Those who tried to apply for health insurance through Oregon's exchange, but were unable to do so, are eligible for retroactive tax credits.
However, this year prices are staying elevated and Oregon's average remains at $3.90 per gallon.
