As COO, Steve will be taking on more responsibility and authority, and will work closely with Tom Stilley, the new Managing Partner.
Sussman Shank is pleased to announce that the Management Committee has promoted Steve Seguin to Chief Operating Officer. Steve has been the firm’s Executive Director since 2001. In many ways, Steve’s position will remain the same, overseeing the firm’s business, financial, and administrative operations and serving in an ex-officio capacity on the Management Committee.
As COO, Steve will be taking on more responsibility and authority, and will work closely with Tom Stilley, the new Managing Partner. Steve’s expanded role and title were created to effectively and efficiently manage the growth of the firm, and to continue to handle the increased client and competitive demands of the business.
Steve’s leadership skills, dedication, and commitment, combined with his 26 years of experience with the firm, make him well qualified and suited for this position.
