			<description><![CDATA[I agree with the above guest, the city is broke & out of money, but we spend money on idiotic programs like this. . . . who voted to let the inmates run the assylum? The money is from the tax payers not their own check books, I have a real problem with public money philanthrophy!]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Typical city thinking. Let's use park money to build a $2M skate park that will be used by less than 1% of the cities population. At the same time they are asking for more money to fund police, fire and the library. Granted the money is coming for a parks fund than cannot be used for general services, but how do they propose to fund the park after it is built. Especially when hey can't keep the current parks updated. What a laughing stock the city of Eugene has become.]]></description>
