			<description><![CDATA[This is a misleading statistic. It simply shows how many students get a diploma "within four years". That does not necessarily mean they drop-out. Under these guidlines, a student who takes one extra term to complete his or her credits, falls under the misleading "drop-out" percentage.]]></description>
