Ignorance is Curable

miDDle man you display complete ignorance of the Catholic church and the incidence of sexual predators among various religious denominations, not to mention the larger preponderance of such predation by educators than any religious group. Your post is quite amusing in that you have "no tolerance for zealotry, bigotry or righteous superiorty" yet your post displays every one of these characteristics . Pots and kettles.... FWIW the only point of my post is to let people know that Susan G. Komen supports Planned Parenthood. Readers can decide whether or not to support Susan G. Komen or buy the gloves. That's all.

While you claim to be a righteous, concerned citizen, your continued affiliation with a religious organization that harbors known pedophiles, and is itself a political bully in its own right, I cannot support your religious freedom to spew stupidity. As a secular person, I have no tolerance for zealotry, bigotry, or righteous superiority. I, too, am dismayed at the thought of what might have been a good human being at birth, has turned into a virtuous control freak who wants everybody to think as you do. Many other religions do not protect pedophiles. I hope that you might consider associating with one of these blessed groups. (satire, not be taken wholly seriously)

Komen Foundation Benefits Planned Parenthood

While this organization claims to do a great deal of good, they continue to support Planned Parenthood, an abortion provider and political supporter. I reviewed their statement and while they claim that their funding of Planned Parenthood only goes for breast cancer screening or research the reality is that money is fungible and the money donated for other activities thus makes more available for abortions. As a Catholic I will not support any organization that gives money to Planned Parenthood. I am dismayed that what might be a good product has affiliated with an organization that will certainly reduce sales. There are many worthy breast cancer organizations that do not associate with abortion providers. I hope Clean Ones considers an alternate partner.
