			<description><![CDATA[Upper Klamath Lake is still at record lows, leaving area farmers worried about their crop this year. The Lake's water flow is at 50.6 percent of what it is normally, says Bureau of Reclamation Klamath Basin area office's spokesman Kevin Moore. Moore says the National Resources Conservation Service is expected to release a forecast that provides water flow estimates into Upper Klamath Lake in the first half of May. The forecast will help inform the Bureau of Reclamation's 2010 operation plan, which will spell out in more concrete detail when irrigation in the Klamath Basin may begin. Moore says the Bureau of "We don't know there's going to be much change," Moore says, referring to a more definitive start date for irrigation.
