			<description><![CDATA[Wallowa Valley Networks was founded in 2010 to take advantage of the Oregon Health Network fiber construction, and is now serving the majority of the Wallowa valley at speeds up to 11M/4M using Ubiquiti fixed-wireless equipment. But accidents still happen - only a few months after the 60-mile fiber line was lit to La Grande, a road crew drilled through it and disrupted 100% of county telecommunicati ons. Redundancy is still a critical issue in rural Oregon.]]></description>
