I recently purchased Dianne Crampton's new book TIGERS Among Us: Winning Business Team Cultures and Why They Thrive. This book makes very simple and easy to identify some of the most difficult team development issues I have faced in my 25 years as a business owner. It was a real eye opener for me to see how easy it is to identify the right employees for my company. I recommend this as a book for everyone who has an honest desire to start a company.
