An initial sales event for a new Sunriver resort community in December showed strong interest, with 203 of 320 home sites sold. Developed by Sunriver Resort LP, Caldera Springs is the first new Sunriver development in more than a decade. The home sites, ranging in size from a quarter acre to just over one acre, were priced between $235,000 and $475,000.
