From Oregon Translational Research and Development Institute: OTRADI today announced its plans to open and operate a 13,000 square-foot multi-tenant bioscience complex in the Willamette Wharf building at 4640 SW Macadam Avenue. As the previous poster said, it might just be because the area is mostly white, but still, one has to wonder what the point is of including racial stats in this article.. Why do they feel the need to point out which races are among the best managers & employees?
