Thanks for your question. If these volunteers are really part of the workplace team, familiar with your policies and, whether or not they work year-round, their average hours over the year add up up to about 220 hours per month/five hours per week, they can be included. We just don't want volunteers who are temporary or not really art of the team. The survey happens late April to June so they would need to be available then. They would participate in the survey except for the "Benefits and Compensation" section. Email me at 100best
