Remodeling magazine compiled a list of the top 25 counties nationwide with the most potential for an uptick in remodeling activity in 2011.

Two of the counties are in Oregon—Washington and Clackamas counties.

“The data behind the rankings show that these 25 counties – and actually over 300 counties nationwide – are poised for a strong 2011,” says [the magazine’s publishers] Hanley Wood’s executive director of research, Jonathan Smoke.
