Forbes: General Motors expects to record recall-related costs at $700 million for the second quarter, up from its previous estimate of $400 million.

GM said it’s recalling the newest batch of vehicles because they have ignition switches that “may inadvertently move out of the ‘run’ position if the key is carrying extra weight and experiences some jarring event.”
