Yesterday, the entrepreneurs ranged from a "mompreneur" to a snowboarder.

A few booths over, restaurant owners contemplated investing in shatterproof drinkware, and nearby, a group of restaurateurs exclaimed over Torani's new fruit smoothie mixes. The event was the 49th annual Northwest Foodservice Show.

Orchestra earns a million in six months

Spirits were high as Miller provided a bright outlook for the industry that finally began to recover in 2010 after suffering during the economic downturn.
