Healthcare plan to repeal ACA moves forward. In a 51-50 vote, the Senate pushed forward its healthcare bill. Oregon representatives criticized the move on the unseen bill. Sen. Ron Wyden said Democrats will hold their colleagues accountable for the decision. Sen. Jeff Merkley called the vote “reckless.” The Oregonian has the story. 

Public Utility Board tells Portland to slow down. The oversight group wants Portland to put off a decision on water treatment technology. The council is set to vote next week. OPB has more.

Another Oregon city for sale. This time it’s Millican, a 74-acre town in Central Oregon. The Bend Bulletin reports the city is yours for $1.5 million.
