The call center will close May 19, eliminating 275 jobs.
“We have been in discussions with one of our clients around some strategic changes they are making to their business and, unfortunately, this will result in the site closure and loss of approximately 275 jobs,” Fathers said in an emailed statement.
“We will work diligently to assist our workforce in finding positions both internally and in the communities where we operate,” she said.
