United Airlines upgrades San Francisco-Eugene planes


Travelers can expect larger planes, but fewer flights.

Of the four flights, three will be served by larger Airbus A319 and Airbus A320 passenger jets, Airport Director Tim Doll said.

The Airbus jets have 124 and 150 seats, respectively, compared with the smaller regional 50- and 70-seat Bombardier jets that now ply the route, Doll said.
