Recognizing that tourists love to shop, the Woodburn Company Stores, a collection of retail outlets, has made it easier for them with the introduction of the Outlook Express shopping shuttle. Two round-trip shuttles each day ferry shoppers between Portland and Woodburn. The Outlook Express is aimed at visitors who are eager to shop tax-free but lack a vehicle or are nervous driving on unfamiliar roads. For $20 round trip, passengers can board at one of two downtown stops or in Lake Oswego through Labor Day.
