Lake Oswego tops list for personal income, Bend at No. 21.

In honor of the April tax-filing season, Oregon Business compiled a list of the state’s top 21 wealthiest cities as ranked by personal income.  Lake Oswego topped the list, with $97,209 average annual income per 2009 tax returns, according to the Oregon Department of Revenue. Perhaps showing how hard it has been hit by the economy, Bend came in No. 21 with an average annual income of $50,357. Claiming middle ground, Portland ranked No.12, with an average annual income of $56,088.
