...the bottom bar chart. What does this chart try to show? The legend doesn't make sense to me: the orange and blue are asking questions that are answered by percentages. Am I just being thick, in my post-lunch stupor?

As they say, "it's not you, it's us." Thanks for catching that. We accidentally cropped off the bottom of the graphic. We've re-loaded the image at a bigger size to increase legibility, hope that helps.
