What makes a company a great place to work? What matters most to Oregon employees is a good relationship with their boss and a decent wage, according to the 681 respondents to our online survey, conducted quarterly by Conkling Fiskum & McCormick. More than half of the respondents rated their company as a good place to work, and 62% said that their company had improved benefits in the past year. Those changes included allowing flexible schedules, adding performance incentives and increasing contribution to health benefits.
