b. Your employees’ anonymous write-in responses to the questions: What about your company makes it great? and what about your company would you like to improve?

III. COMPREHENSIVE — How does your company compare to others?
This deluxe package provides you with:
a. Overall satisfaction and importance scores for each of six employee survey categories versus peer group
b. The Employee Comments report (above)
c. Comparative charts showing (1) how satisfied your employees are with the 30 workplace qualities and (2) how important those qualities are to them.
d. Charts showing how your employees’ 30 satisfaction and importance ratings compare to your choice of: all participants in the survey; the 100 Best Manufacturers; or the top companies in your size category.
e. A comparison of your company’s benefits with those of the 100 Best Manufacturers and all participants, based on responses to the Employer Benefits survey.
