Disney is set to sprinkle its business magic over Central
Oregon this fall. On Oct. 25, the Disney Institute and Central
Oregon Community College will co-host “The Disney Keys to
Excellence,” a one-day conference offering a series of
workshops on business-relevant topics such as leadership,
management and loyalty all from Disney’s angle. The
Disney Institute holds conferences several times a year
nationwide and this event is expected to draw 250 people from
Oregon, Washington, California and Idaho, according to Beth
Wickham, director of continuing education and the business
development center at COCC. The event will be at The Riverside
Conference Center and cost $349 before Oct. 8.
