{safe_alt_text}TURNER

Cork is naturally renewable, but Willamette Valley Vineyards is taking it a step further. The winery is the first in the world to use cork stoppers harvested from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified forestlands. WVV produces roughly 100,000 cases of wine a year and starting with their 2006 vintage pinot noir will use FSC-certified cork stoppers in all bottles.
