One hundred workers will join the staff of 850 at SEH America as the company expands.
SEH, which makes silicon wafers for semiconductor chips, will
be the only U.S. producer of a 300 mm wafer, a larger and more
technologically advanced wafer. The company will put $350
million into the expansion.
