MADRAS
Yarrow, a new mixed-use development in east Madras, received
approval form the city’s planning commission for a
tentative two-phase plan. The development, slated to sit on 900
acres, will include some 1,700 new homes of various sizes and
types. The project is a joint venture of Brooks Resources Corp., Eagle Crest
and Taylor Northwest.
