MYRTLE CREEK  —  South Umpqua Industrial Park’s 40,000-square-foot production-and-storage facility has lured Roseburg Trailer Works to relocate its business to the park. Roseburg, which manufactures steel and aluminum horse and cargo trailers, has grown from 21 to 47 employees and produces 28 trailers per week, outgrowing its former 12,000-square-foot facility. The new site will allow for an additional 38,000-square-foot facility and more workers. A $38,000 grant from the Employer Workforce Training Fund in Douglas County helped train new employees.
