— A startup that develops semiconductor technology for flat-panel displays, Enuclia, hauled in $13 million from California venture capitalists earlier this year and named a new CEO, Bruce Berkoff. The company is gearing up to add employees to its 30-member staff and open design centers in Asia in order to be closer to its overseas customers.
