—  Recreational vehicle manufacturer <b>Fleetwood</b>, headquarted in Riverside, Calif., contracted this past fall with the Federal Emergency Management Agency for $170 million worth of travel trailers and manufactured homes for Hurricane Katrina victims on the Gulf Coast. The company’s Island City and Pendleton plants are still working to fill the orders. They have added 225 people to help build the remaining 1,900 homes and trailers.
